Planning my garden - part 1

THE GARDEN
I am definitely planning a garden this year.

It's a lot of fun to plan it, but I know it will be a lot of work. I also know I want to have some of my favorite things in it, like tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and peppers. It's learning how to plant heirloom varieties and how to save the seeds for next year that will have me researching a lot.

THE YARD
My yard, I'm sure like a lot of others, needs a LOT of help this year. We had a huge ice storm that took a lot of branches off of the front Weeping Willow tree. Although I had a lot of branches taken away, there are a lot on the ground still. I see a lot of raking happening soon.

SPRING!
It's over 70 degrees today, and I know I'll be busy planting not long from now. I will take pictures of the garden throughout the year to show what I am doing.
