Musings on a Spring-Winter Day. A St. Brigid House Blessing poem.

A house blessing poem about St. Brigid.

It's a thoughtful day. It's also very warm today, which in winter usually means another storm may be on its way. Today is also Posting Day. So I am picking something I like a lot. I posted this Irish Blessing on one of my Facebook pages this week in honor of St. Brigid. I think you will like it too.

St. Brigid's Cross*

May Brigid bless the house wherein you dwell
Bless every fireside, every wall and door

Bless every heart that beats beneath its roof

Bless every hand that toils to bring it joy
Bless every foot that walks its portals through
May Brigid bless the house that shelters you.

Love this! I really do.
